This is a LIVE, instructor-led class held on February 7 from 9:00am-12:15pm MST via Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link on your Participant Page and by email after you join. This is not a pre-recorded course. How do I Register? 1. Create an account to your free Member Area. All of your class material, including PowerPoint slides, Zoom link, class recordings, and your CE Certificate, will be located in your Member Area. 2. Complete checkout 3. You’ll land on your Participant Page, where you’ll see the schedule and class material. 4. Open the “Welcome / Start Here” step for the Zoom link and live class dates. 5. You’ll also get a welcome email with the Zoom link before the class. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: - Identify common boundary challenges when working with trauma survivors. - Recognize the ethical and clinical importance of trauma-sensitive practices. - Assess clinician competency and determine when referrals are necessary. - Apply trauma-informed principles to ethical decision-making in clinical practice - Utilize the Four R's to prevent re-traumatization and support client well-being.
