The Trauma-Informed Brainspotting Practice: A Bridge Between Training and Embodied Practice

The Trauma-Informed Brainspotting Practice™ is a three-day experiential training designed to deepen how clinicians understand and work with trauma within the Brainspotting frame. Together, we’ll explore what trauma looks like across the whole human system—from nervous system responses and developmental adaptations to dissociation, attachment, memory, and the relational field—while strengthening your ability to make sense of what you’re witnessing and remain grounded, attuned, and confident when the work becomes complex.
