None of us can do this alone. I have had the privilege of having excellent supervisors, mentors, and colleagues who have invested in me and my professional growth throughout my career. I would not be the counselor I am today without their guidance. Their investment in me has influenced me and, by extension, many other counselors and clients. It is a privilege for me to take what I have been given and continue to pass that on to other professionals.

I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience, with particular expertise in Complex PTSD, betrayal trauma, toxic relationship recovery, medical trauma, and chronic pain—while welcoming clinicians working with a wide range of populations and presenting concerns.
