to restore, to put right, to remedy
"Strength doesn't come from what you can do.
It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't."
~ Rikki Rogers
The independent counselors at Remedy Counseling Center offer individual counseling services for children, adolescents and adults, as well as counseling for couples. Each counselor has dedicated their career to helping, and can be counted on to operate with openness, integrity and fairness while providing clients with a warm, accepting and comfortable atmosphere.
Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. It is evidence of bravery, courage, and strength. Chances are, if you have made your way here, something in your life is not right and you are seeking solutions. People seek counseling for various reasons, but mostly to find relief from emotional and relational pain. They are tired of the way things are, and want things to be different. The word "remedy" means something that cures or relieves pain; to restore something to its natural condition. While we can never guarantee that counseling can provide a cure, many times it can help.
When you can no longer do this alone, when whatever is going on in your life has become too big and overwhelming to handle on your own; we are here to assist you in bringing about the change you desire. It is our goal that our work together will create lifelong changes, restore hope, bring healing, and that you will gain the tools to set things right. We are here to assist individuals, couples, and families that seek the remedy to the concerns they face.
Our vision is to operate a counseling center where all feel welcome, accepted and respected, and is a trusted resource in our community.
